The fastest way to reach a human at Lumora is email:

[email protected]

We aim to reply within two business days. To help us help you quickly, it helps to include:

• What you were trying to do (calculator, natal report, synastry report, refund)
• For order questions: the email address used at checkout and your order reference
• For chart questions: the birth date, time and place exactly as you entered them (never send passwords or card details — we will never ask for them)

Common answers first

• Is the calculator free? Yes — no account, no email, nothing stored. Your details never leave your browser.
• When do reports open? Shortly. The launch list on the home page is the fastest way to hear about it.
• Do you offer subscriptions? No — every report is a one-time payment, with no auto-renewal.
• Refunds: see the Refund Policy.

Please remember: Lumora readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only. We can't help with medical, legal or financial questions — for those, a qualified professional is the right call.
